Your guess is as good as ours. We work on national average prices for materials, labour and a small profit. To ensure the project is calculated accurately first time and without any costly errors for the customers or us. Some just have a guess, some over price if they don’t want the project or under price if they make mistakes quoting, but don’t be fooled by a cheap quote, people who are tempted by the cheapest quotes normally become the victims of “cowboy builders” then sadly don’t understand why. The reason that happens is simple, if the finance for the project wasn’t correct, the project cannot be correct.
Yes. We will undertake as much work or as little as you desire. We can provide kitchens and bathrooms to suit a variety of budgets. We will also decorate, provide flooring and even hang curtain poles etc if you require. We will do anything to help our customers.
